Site Disclaimer

Last updated: October 2026

This disclaimer covers all content on timethan.property. Please read it before you rely on the site. It is a general template, not legal advice.

We Refer, We Do Not Coat

Timethan Floor Coating is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent epoxy, polyaspartic and concrete floor coating installers. Timethan Floor Coating never grinds, repairs, coats or seals floors. Any work at your home is done by an independent installer.

A Referral Is Not an Endorsement

When we refer an installer, we are not vouching for them. We make no promise about the quality, timing, price, look or lifespan of their work. We also cannot promise that an installer will have room for your job on a certain date. Each installer answers for its own licenses, insurance, warranties and conduct.

Information, Not Advice

The material here is general. It is not professional, engineering, legal or financial advice. Every slab is different. Moisture, cracks, old coatings and weather can change what a floor needs. Talk to a qualified installer about your own floor.

About Prices

Any prices on this site are typical U.S. ranges. They are not quotes. Your cost depends on floor size, floor condition, the prep needed and the system you pick. Get a written estimate from the installer before work starts.

How Coatings Perform

A coating's performance depends on prep, product choice, application and how the floor is used. Statements here about things like stain or UV resistance are general and differ by product. Ask the installer about the exact products and warranty for your project.

Safety Notes

Floor coating work can involve grinding dust and chemical products. Follow the installer's directions on keeping out of the work area, airing out the space and waiting for cure times.

How Timethan Floor Coating Gets Paid

Installers or marketing partners may pay Timethan Floor Coating when we connect them with homeowners. Our Referral Marketing Disclosure explains this in more detail.

Accuracy

We try to keep the site correct and up to date. We cannot promise it is complete or without errors.
