How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Timethan Floor Coating wants every homeowner who reaches out to be treated fairly. If something goes wrong, we want to know. This page shows how to raise a concern and what happens next. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You can contact us about:
- A call or message you had with Timethan Floor Coating
- How your personal data was used or protected
- Anything on the site that looks wrong or confusing
- The conduct of an installer we referred you to
If the Problem Is With an Installer
Installers in our network are independent companies. Each one manages its own quotes, prices, products, warranties and customer service. If you are unhappy with a floor coating job, first raise it with the installer in writing. Keep copies of everything you send.
Please tell us too. Your feedback helps keep the network honest, and installers who often fall short may be removed. Timethan Floor Coating cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund an installer's charges or act on an installer's behalf.
How to Send a Complaint
Email contact@timethan.property and include:
- Your name and contact details
- The date you reached us or the installer
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The installer's company name, if you know it
- A short account of what happened and what outcome you want
What We Do Next
We will confirm by email that we got your message, usually within a few business days. Then we will review the matter. That may include speaking with the installer. After that, we will tell you what we found and what we plan to do.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask for a second review. You may also contact your state attorney general, your state consumer protection office, or a local Better Business Bureau. If the installer is a licensed contractor, your state licensing board may be able to help too.
